Just across the street from the Seascape amenities, including the only heated pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a new playground, you’ll be steps from the fun. This ground level 3-Bed/2-Bath Garden Villa is designed with comfort in mind, featuring a spacious living and dining space that opens to a garden patio with plenty of room to relax. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with quality cookware, from a pour-over coffee maker to pots and pans for seafood boils, we have it all! For common pantry items, you'll find little extras tucked everywhere! The Salty Siesta features two luxury king suites. The Flamingo Suite offers designer touches, a lounge area, 55" Smart TV and en suite bath with a newly renovated vanity and standing shower. The Palmetto Room features tropical décor, creating a private oasis. The Floridays Room has a twin-over-queen bunk, making it perfect for kids, with plenty of games, books, and a 43” Smart TV. Each room includes organic cotton bedding, privacy shades and Turkish cotton robes. The bathrooms include luxury towels with extras like shampoo, conditioner and body wash included. Family items like high chairs, plastic dinnerware, toys, and space for a pack-and-play are considered. We provide portable beach chairs, toys, and a wagon for your beach adventures. At the Salty Siesta, you'll experience the ease of a fully-equipped condo, along with access to top-notch resort amenities and a cozy atmosphere that feels just like home. Whether you want to unwind by the pool, play a round of golf, or explore the nearby beach, the Salty Siesta has everything you need for an unforgettable stay! 2025 upgrades include high speed fiber internet and an in-unit washer and dryer, making this spot perfect for an off-season long stay.

1. Please treat the Salty Siesta and our items with care. In the event of damage or loss, please let us know right away and understand that you may be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement. 2. Out of respect for our neighbors, please observe the quiet time hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am daily. 3. Please observe the stated check-in and check-out times. Early check-in and late check-out require prior arrangement and approval. 4. No parties or large gatherings, please. 5. You assume all risks associated with using the lofted bed and agree to hold the Salty Siesta owners and management harmless of any resulting injury. 6. No smoking of any kind allowed anywhere indoors. This will result in a $500 fine. Smoking is only permitted on the patio with the sliding doors closed. Please place butts/ash in the provided ash tray. 7. No baking of marijuana - this is just as smelly as smoking and will also result in a $500 fine. If this is your thing, please do your baking at home. 8. Please do not bring unauthorized pets on the premises. If one is found, you will be charged $500.

Parking: One parking pass is included with your stay. Additional passes are available for purchase at the HOA building on Seascape Grounds for $10.00 each. Parking passes must be displayed in your car’s dashboard at all times to avoid a $25.00 ticket issued by Seascape. Accessibility: Please note that this unit may not be suitable for guests using a wheelchair. It was built in 1979, and the floor plan has not been updated to meet modern accessibility standards.
